The scope of services will be defined in the quotation, proposal, or service agreement shared with the client.
3. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are valid for the period mentioned in the quotation.
- Prices are subject to change until a formal agreement is signed.
- Additional work requested after project approval may incur extra charges.
- Taxes, government levies, and statutory charges shall be applicable as per law.
4. Payments
- Clients must make payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Work may commence only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
- Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
- Outstanding dues must be cleared before project handover, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
- Client approval delays

- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances
- Force majeure events
Beyond Space Interior Designs shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate project information.
- Grant timely access to the project site.
- Approve designs, materials, and drawings promptly.
- Make payments on time.
- Obtain any permissions or approvals required from building authorities, housing societies, or other relevant organizations unless specifically included in our scope of work.
7. Design Ownership & Intellectual Property
All concepts, drawings, layouts, 3D renders, designs, documents, and visual materials created by Beyond Space Interior Designs remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may use the final design only for the intended project and may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
8. Changes & Revisions
Reasonable design revisions may be included as specified in the project proposal.
Major changes requested after approval may:
- Increase project costs.
- Extend project timelines.
- Require a revised quotation.
9. Cancellation
Either party may cancel the project in accordance with the signed agreement.
Any completed work, purchased materials, design fees, site visits, consultation charges, or other expenses incurred before cancellation may be non-refundable.
10. Warranty
Where applicable, product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers or suppliers.
Beyond Space Interior Designs will provide workmanship support as agreed in the project contract but is not responsible for defects caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond Space Interior Designs shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses.
- Loss of profits or business opportunities.
- Delays caused by third parties.
- Material shortages.
- Acts beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
